While I previously reviewed some great cocktails at Fig & Ash, I have to share the ingredients for Hearth Roasted Heirloom Carrots which we had as an appetizer. Ingredients: Heirloom Carrots Whipped Ricotta Honey Roasted Sage Brown Butter Marcona Almonds I approve these ingredients!
