Broad Windsor Fava Beans

Windsor Fava Bean Plant

I have been growing Broad Windsor Fava Beans from Botanical Interests for many years.  I typically grow between 6 and 12 plants.  This gourmet bean should be planted about 1 inch deep and spaced between 4 and 6 inches apart.  This variety takes about  75 days to mature.  The bush will get up to 4 feet tall and 2 feet wide.  Each fava pod will give you up to five beans.
