Vegetables:
Here are some veggies that either come in different colors or tastes:
Arugula, Carrots, Radishes, Turnips – did you ever hear of wasabi flavored arugula or radishes?
Fruit:
Here are a few unique melon choices that they offer:
Hara Madhu Melon, Mango Melon, Prescott Fond Blanc Melon, Sweet Passion Melon
Herbs:
Baker’s Creek offers some different choices in flavors and flower colors. Here are a few of those herbs:
Borage, Chamomile, Lemonbalm
Flowers:
I’ve never noticed the butterfly peas in any seed catalogs. Baker’s Creek carries butterfly peas in three colors (white, lavender, blue). These plants vine and remind me of sweet peas but the good news is that these lovely flowers love the summer heat.
Here are some more flowers with great color choices:
Asters, Pansies, Salvia, Sunflowers, Sweet Peas, Violas and Zinnias
I previously shared my thoughts on the Botanical Interests Catalog. If you want to see what I purchased from Baker Creek in 2022, then just click on the link.
